That's the only way to figure out if it's good or bad, regardless if part of the numbers are negative.Come back to this thread by Tuesday Morning and you will know the answer to the above question unless someone posts it ahead of me.And yes, I know that there are a large amount of people who invest and do well without understanding future value calculations.I have an Aunt that sold her property to me in 2003 for $230k, which was double what she paid for it in 1992.FANTASTIC Investment!
