Investment Info:Single-family residence wholesale investment.

Certainly nothing ground-breaking in terms of ideas here, however I'll be very hands on (and on site) during the process to make sure that every step of the way is executed to a high standard and very carefully.Once I've hopefully developed a successful track record and gained experience, my next goal would be to move on to commercial assets (think multi-family, industrial etc) so that I can leverage my existing investor network and real estate knowledge to raise 3rd party equity and take on bigger projects.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with family.  

I agree, but nothing appraises above maybe 250k for a very nice single family house on a few acres.

We are from there originally and travel to the area to see family and the explosion of the number of people traveling to the Hocking Hills has made it the 3rd most visited place in the state of Ohio behind Cedar Point, Kings Island. 

And I’d like to build the single family home and refinance with a dscr loan.would anyone have any advice on this or suggestions 

Strategy 2: buy a single-family house with at least 4 bd, live in one room, rent out the rest of rooms as a mid-term rental on Airbnb / long-term rental.
