Lowe's actually has a 40% off sale we are going to take advantage of for the appliancesThe 2nd and 3rd floor tenants have moved in alsoSince the last update we also painted the common area entry ways and did any exterior painting that was needed also such as painting the front stoop, the front railings, etc..

I wonder if they were saying it costs about 10k for the materials to "print" the exterior walls or something, not counting the labor, overhead and machinery involved to build those walls...Not even counting the foundation, roof, utilities, trim, partition walls, doors, paint, etc.

What’s unique is that the basement only has an exterior entrance so if I added rooms to the basement, they would essentially need to walk outside to have access to kitchen/bath/laundry.
