If they don't have time to get on the phone and speak with you to explain how they work, then they will be even more difficult to get ahold of once they already have your business.

They even integrated a D4D feature, so overall they have DealMachine beat. 

Is your $15k even enough of an emergency fund for you personally?  

Or even better problems they are facing others might face where the hosts weigh in with how they have or would have dealt with the problem.

I appreciate that, and you're right, any back-of-the-envelope calculation suggests that much of the wealth comes from the equity accumulation, even in the earlier stages of the amortization schedule.
