My thought is since cash flow is more difficult at the moment, and with my age, it seems more immediate and appealing to get a 15 year fixed that will set me up very, very well when I turn only 46 years old.

Probably good to have one or two of these started early rather than later since the the premium will increase as you age due to health/age.

In addition to what @Manny Vasquez said, which is correct, Capacity includeds the age and abilty to enter into a contract.

I explained seller financing and they were opposed to it because of their age, which is understandable.

A lot of our national markets had guidelines on age, fire protection, etc that we had to navigate before quoting.

I'm just about to graduate college and there is a lot of activities and community around people my age in the city as well.Houston didn't impress me too much.
