At this point in time, since you are now just getting started with investing, you need to embrace the fact that you are operating a business.

I'm trying to embrace the journey as a learning experience and won't let the frustration get to me!

What price tag can you out on the thrill of being your own man and daring to step out on your own and embracing one of the greatest freedoms available to us as Americans: to own our own business and land without the tyranny of oppression.

I think part of the purpose of this thread is to see how people from different part of the US are embracing their economy whether good or bad because I think there is money to be made in all situations.

I just need to keep pushing forward, embrace the inevitable mistakes, and continue to grow. 

It's this new reality that caused a flight to these markets, with many people living full-time in what used to be vacation-only markets given remote work being embraced, and the flight from cities due to a desire to escape the conditions where COVID spreads more easily, as well as escape cities that were decidedly less fun not only due to entertainment etc. being shut down but due to increases in homelessness and general blight.If COVID disappeared tomorrow, everyone had to go back to the office, and international travel picked back up to normal, it's hard to see how these markets wouldn't get hit pretty hard.
