Dude, your thinking style is quite embarrassing.

Currently paying 3K (its almost embarrassing to tell people who don't live in the tri-state area, lol).And will definitely check out that  House Hacking book. 

I know it's embarrassing but buck up and hammer them on social media.

The rehab work ranged from embarrassingly bad to dangerous.We passed on that overpriced turd and instead just found a good RE agent we could work with, some reliable contractors and managers, and subsequently purchased 3 cash flowing properties in the Memphis suburbs that were better deals on better properties.

I am new to real estate and have a question that I am somewhat embarrassed to ask.

For an embarrassingly long time "Buy an 8-12 unit apartment building" has been on my list of things to do.

I mostly focus on investing and am embarrassed to say that I have not put as much effort into building out my website to market to buyers.

Most recently, a few months back ( even more embarrassing that its recent)  I was helping do garbage dumps ( saving some money ) bringing a 16 foot low boy to the dump.
