New tenant moved in.Two weeks later, old tenant showed up, wanted their belongings, and had to pay up front for the rental of the POD and the cost of moving their property out of the house. 

I know that’s it’s very much last minute, but if any agent or investor has some free time tomorrow, I’d love to buy you coffee or a drink and talk about different areas of town to invest.

So the 90 days is a guess and can be longer if any impacts to underwriting or the case."  

The front cottage is going to be long term and my plan is to do short term rentals out of the garage units. 

So I thought I would take this time to reflect on all that has happened since then.Before BP – I worked a 50+ hour a week corporate job and had 3 properties with plans to aggressively pay them off and in 15-20 years be able to quit my job and live off rent incomeAfter BP – I quit my job within 9 months of drinking the BP Kool-Aid and now have 30+ properties and 90+ units and I started my own real estate brokerage and website business and networking conference for investors.It has been a wild ride!

The house technically belongs to her mother who passed away Jan 2017 and for different reasons the estate I s still yet to be probated (she thought her brother in TX was handling the estate and he thought she was).
