Since then I have dreamed of flipping houses, now I am ready to take  action by investing my time as a designer to help a flipper, renovate buildings for profit. 

Doesn't necessarily have to be the best business plan ever, because it would be your passion, and you busted your butt the last 13 years to make this dream possible.

I couldn't afford to make my real estate investment dreams become a reality or I wasn't thinking creatively.Anyways I finally pulled the trigger last month and purchased a 1600 sqft duplex (1bed, 1 bath units) for 90k with the intentions to owner occupy.

That guy loses his primary residence and his dream.

Owning my house and art studio would be a dream come true and put momentum in the right direction for me long term. 

I am in need of a lot of guidance or even potential partnerships to turn this dream into a reality.

I am also looking to buy in the midlands because it is less pricey than the south of England (where I live now) and I dream to buy my first house hacking property hopefully in my very early 20s.

I have a broken ankle and need to day dream to get my mind off guys.
