I have no idea what you have against Bluehost @Sarah Kensinger. it is one of the largest hosting companies in the USA with very little downtime and good customer support.

Downtime is expensive ($2-5/minute) and it's hard for a builder to charge a client for that time even though it is 100% the clients responsibility (client ordered materials > Materials were not sufficient > client pays for downtime).

To me, it's either do a lot of the work and enjoy the surplus of money during down times for crazy fun/reinvestment, or hire out everything and get used to drinking keystone on the front porch.You don't need the labor bill for tax deduction.

If you work in a company that handles rentals as well as sales you'll be able to supplement the downtime between closings by getting broker fee / rental commission checks, which come in a lot quicker than closings - but they're smaller amounts of money.If you have any questions on the Realtor path I'd be happy to help, just shoot me a message.
