It is a very active convention destination and it is also the sports capital of the country with the Indy 500, Brickyard 500, NCAA Finals, The Indianapolis Colts, Indianapolis Pacers not to mention the hospitals and univerities.

They are trying to ensure the guest finds something that'll give an experience that will keep them booking on future travel destinations. 

Seems like the restrictive states are the most popular destinations.

I personally would not buy a STR in Norcross or Lilburn as those cities are generally not destination areas of Atlanta, though I don't know the numbers. 

When we rented in Destin, FL, again enough parking as their garage stored bikes, boogie boards, etc for our use. 

Not as much of a vacation market but we like it for the college, traveling healthcare professionals, and it is a fishing destination. 

For example, a house with 11 - 12 rooms (5 BR, 3 Bath, living room, sitting room etc) will take at least 30+ pictures to showcase every room and if you are a destination like lake front, then you will have show case outside also.

Margaretville is close to two ski mountains so it’s truly a year round destination.

Specifically Pensacola from September 15ht-18th then Destin from September 18th-20th. 

We want to focus in vacation markets such as Destin, PCB, Pigeon forge, and possible somewhere in the Rockies.I've really considered buying a course but I want to reach out on here first to seek guidance on where I can find free information, mentorship, or possibly add value and work for someone on here that needs help so I can learn!
