I am 24 years old and I am a Dental Assistant.

All:I'm considering making an offer on a commercial building that is leased to a dental office and would love some advice on how to structure. 

I was curious about Mesa and the surrounding area as I have a friend moving there for dental school and he mentioned that condo prices are around the $100k mark.When you say 12%PA (does it mean passive income?)

I have worked in the legal and business affairs industry for major studios, as well as solo practitioners for the past 7 years.  

You'll learn more from reading proper books (not self-motivation BS packaged as a book) by real practitioners and networking.Added bonus: You'll not expose yourself to scammy folks... lol

I got lucky and just signed a 5 year lease with a 5 year option to renew with a dental practice!

The targeted area includes mostly undeveloped or under-developed land around our local small airport as well as some more retail/commercial/office areas in a nearby more densely developed commercial district that is a mix of run-down industrial-ish buildings (building materials, feed store, Goodwill), banks/groceries/fast food, services (dental, tax, etc), small older strip malls, a few empty/torn down lots, and some new and nicer retail and low rise office buildings, including a brand new grocery being built on a recently relocated Ford dealership site, etc.

The fall out so far is that I am losing one dental office though.

To sum it up: the letter of the law is sometimes just that, a script, that's why the experience of practitioners is all what counts in debates such as this.
