My brother who has brain injury is a 100 percentdisable (not service connected) vet who I was looking to put on the deed of my new house and rent him one of the apartments would we be able to save on the taxes if we did this ??

Like myself and many others where brained washed into thinking going to college is the best choice got stuck with college loans etc. imagine going to school for four years get a job in corporate America making little to no money to support you and living expenses.

I just want to pick the brains of some smart investors out there who've been doing this way longer than I have.

16%+.I don’t know why you would get involved with gap funding where this risk is incredibly high and the brain damage is greater...this is a fast oversimplification but you get the picture i hope. 

Totally worth it because it taught Investing 101 and gave me an idea of what I didn't know about the industry and got my brain wheels turning.

If I could just pick your brain for a second...in what I do, inexpensive rentals and handyman rehab, I simply HAVE TO HAVE a highly reliable HVAC/plumbing guy for AC/furnace and boiler repair, replacement, and maintenance.

I recently became familiar with this term and my brain lit up as i discovered this as a fantastic opportunity to make my entry into real estate investing.
