I personally believe a female landlord may choose any attire they wish in presenting themselves as a landlord without judgement where as a male will be judged based more on their attire by tenants.If I showed up at my properties in a suit I would be asked whose funeral I was attending where as my wife in corresponding business attire would not be given a second thought regarding her cloths.Church cloths ?....

@Elizabeth DavisI'm not sure what income goals you have, but You might be a good candidate to work as an unlicensed assistant for a real estate agent whose business is taking off but doesn't have enough time in the day to coordinate all of the scheduling/correspondence.
