I've been an active investor for years and will continue to be for the forseeable future.

I will continue to tweak my plans and eventually find a nice niche that fits my investing style.   

Subsequent to that, I do see more letters going out based on our continued review.

Alhtough values continue to appreciate, home prices are coming down as competition gets heated with more homes on the market.

Today, I’m in a place where I can share my knowledge and experience with clients, while still valuing their input and perspectives.The Dunning-Kruger effect reminds us that learning is a continuous process.

We hope to own this building for a long time as we enjoy taking care of it and continuing to make it a staple of the neighborhood.

Our house is the cheapest in our neighborhood, and the Viera area continues to open new businesses and build up with new $650k+ homes.

They don't cash flow....at all, but the future benefit here is the option to build new once the neighborhoods continue to appreciate and get new developments.

Did you every find a 3rd party service or just continue to build your own?    

That rent just isn't sustainable and tenant could be unable to continue to pay...or could look elsewhere due to it being above market.
