Since this thread was revived, here's an update:-  The Book on Flipping Houses is on Audible-  The Book on Negotiating Real Estate is on Audible-  Recession Proof Real Estate Investing is on Audible-  The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs is NOT on Audible, as it contains a lot of charts, which wouldn't translate well to audio format

You would usually just flip the contract to another party for a fee.All you would need in terms of documentation is the agreement of sale that would to contain the words "and/or assigns" which would go after your name (since you're putting it under contract).When you find this person to flip it to, you'd add an addendum stating who the new buyer is.

In instances of purchase of property, lease is executed subsequent to buyer entering into a rental lease agreement with inherited tenants.This agreement is preceded by review of due diligence documents provided by seller to buyer.Tenants acknowledges that Agent is entering into this Lease in reliance on the information contained in Tenant’s rental application and or all other information provided to Agent by Tenants or Tenant’s current landlord/property management team in the event of a property sale, all prior to this lease agreement.
