You could buy about a $1,200,000 apartment complex here and that would be about 10-15 units. 

Typically, banks, funds, and traders will have an expectation or estimate on key economic data releases, often created through sophisticated, complex financial models.

You have certain complexes where the HOA fee's monthly are 2k, 2500, some 1500.

I think you're stuck with the complexity you've built.

longboat key limits most rentals on the island to 30 day minimum (that does not mean you can't rent it to them for the whole month but they only stay one week) our complex also limits how many times a year you can rent it out. 

Obviously, I have no intention to start investing in large apartment complexes (Anything larger than 50 units) or incorporate LPs, but curious to hear everyone's opinion on sensitivity tables along with using equity multiple figures.
