Stop using credit, sell the car and buy something used with cash, dedicate every spare penny to paying off all debt.

It can be a lot harder sometimes too to actually get results but If  you got spare cash try some ads get acquainted and always be learning the algorithm changes constantly on Facebook and by association Instagram.

Which was to go where it's gorgeous, all access, compacted into a "bio engineered" community.We have several communities like that here, and a new one going up with 35,000 homes over the next 3 years.

Bought a house for 10k, rehab was 10k, sold for 42K, bought a condo cash for 45K, airbnbed spare room and saved all of income, bought a FHA 3.5% down SFR 2 months later, moved in, rented out second room at condo #1 and the other two rooms at my 3/2 primary, saved all of income and some from the 4 airbnb rooms at that point, bought another 3/2 condo 3 months later. 

I currently own a town-home which I live in and rent out the 2 spare bedrooms.
