The next stage would be to install sheetrock on walls and ceiling, waterproof bathroom walls and install tiles, finished flooring, new kitchen cabinets and appliance, install bathroom fixtures.The problem is time. 

The minimum posting requires that a notice be posted in a conspicuous location on an interior wall and must include all required information.

Same for windows, doors, relocated walls, and so on.  

This painter previously corrected a poor drywall installation of 2 walls and painted with Sherwin Williams small drywall, which looked  good to my untrained eye.
