I live in the Cincinnati Area and looking to focus on single family residents and I think class A/B rentals?

For a building that size I would expect they would have had someone like a John Burns or someone else provide a report to understand the comps and current absorption rates and vacancy rates for this class of building.Now that you have invested, it cannot hurt to go out and view the property but what are you trying to accomplish by visiting ? 

Larger companies charge more for smaller property classes. 

(Please correct me if I'm wrong)I'm looking to purchase in B class (or better) area, preferably better.

Lets assume B-C class neighborhood in Atlanta or surrounding towns.

They are the oldest properties, in lower class neighborhoods, sometimes without tile roofs or stucco siding. 

I also have a world class designer on my team that helps get these kind of properties from the average $60-$75k/yr range to over $100k/yr range (for 3bd homes; more the bigger you go).
