Hey @Sidra Amir,I would ask your tenant what they mean by unnecessary attention. 

That's up to the lender, but many don't care for layered structures.

Take care of any reasonable property related issues quickly and expect your tenant(s) to take care of their responsibilities quickly also. 

Do they care if it's financed or cash? 

HOWEVER, I recommend reading Stuart's advice above very carefully and perhaps soliciting his feedback on the deal in more detail before putting too much more time into it. 

In addition, I will also be paying much closer attention to water flow patterns and signs of erosion around our next investment!  

Remember, this is still a sales type of business so be very careful on who you choose to work with.

Finally, we do not care about your tax returns, etc.- since these loans are primarily based off of the asset as collateral.

I think it’s the only way to go, learn a lot, you care for your property the best you can, etc.Steven
