After they've agreed to the increase, break open a fresh bottle of Remy Martin Louis XIII Cognac for them. 

I also have a french press and I have a bottle of Hazelnut and Vanilla syrup.

I always have bottled water in the fridge and granola bars on the table with a personal note for each guest. 

I’ve found that spare linens, coffeemaker (with coffee supplied), bath towels, hair dryer, shampoo, soap, tissue, paper towels, bottled water, and if you want to add an extra touch...a bottle of wine.

I also leave bottled water in the fridge and a snack basket of snacks on the kitchen counter.

Beer is sold by the can and bottle. 

I'll soon be ready to hire out the bottle-neck roles I'm currently doing myself. 

If anyone would be kind enough and willing to connect with me so I can get a copy of the purchase contract and the agreement to assign that active wholesalers are using, I would be happy to repay you with a Philly cheese steak, a bottle of wine, box of cigars, Eagles tickets, etc. you name it!

But if it something more vague like the shower is draining slowly (does it just need a bottle of Draino, or does my plumbing need to be taken apart?)
