These school districts do not compare to a district like Lower Merion but I believe they are still highly ranked.

Owners are able to list their personal contact information, but I believe there is a stipulation that the contact must be local to the property4.

I also believe that having a mentor/coach/investor would allow me to learn, while participating in the project, and then allow me to rinse and repeat the process.

If you’re able to save another $20K within 6-12 months, waiting could open up more opportunities and give you more flexibility in your investment choices.If I were young, had $23K, and believed I could rebuild that savings account, I’d seriously consider making the jump.

I do believe because of all the new solar production daytime electricity, at least in the summer, will be free or darn near it.

I believe borrowers must do their due diligence, but this looks to be another example of Capella either not doing adequate deal due diligence/underwriting/appraisal or fraud.Investors are now coordinating and it has become known there are multiple problematic Capella deals in default.

I believe I read not all fixes/repairs will qualify during the cost seg study.

Your disposition may be to move forward with that as i believe i read in your introduction - but not needed to understand and develop some degree of comfortability.  

I dont have any experience in this market but have looked into it a little bit, I know that you can get the houses pretty cheap there but my concern was with the long term appreciation - I dont believe it is a highly desirable place to live and so there wont be much appreciation -however that is just my opinion and I really didnt look into it much,  I think it would be a cool place to live as I go to Monterrey all the time, but its hard to say.
