Of course the obvious other attributes is how much they bark, and how they are with other people (remember, normally other tenants live in the same building!)

Pot smokers, partiers, people fighting/screaming/throwing things at each other, dogs that bark and howl all day and whine all night, unsupervised teenagers lighting backyard bonfires in the bbq grill while mom away at work, etc.  

The only dog breeds I've ever had that actually bit my dogs, whether my dogs were barking at them or not.

A shared interior wall shares bugs, barking and late night tv...annoying the occupant on the other side whether you or your future tenant.

New neighbor walks up 2nd sentence out of his mouth is that my dogs bark too much.

We don't allow dogs since I don't want to deal with barking dog complaints, dog poop in the yard, or growling dogs when I am fixing things, inspecting, or showing the apartment.
