This also leads owners to ASSUME simpler is better when it comes to management contracts.

The successful wholesalers I know spend $8,000 + per month on online marketing, SEO, SEM, landing pages, lead conversion, etc.  

Right now I still have arbitrage leads for my LTR listings and I always ask these prospects to run their numbers more carefully before they sign a lease with me.

That leads to my next point which is how plaintiffs and equally as important their attorney  are compensated?

You can search on Google, attend REI meetings, or explore Facebook groups.People invest a lot of time and energy in generating off-market leads, and connecting with reliable, reputable sources who supply quality deals can be a game changer.
