You can google “your state” and “Hard money lenders” and read up on them,  many will put their requirements on their websites.

Try casting a wide net by advertising on Zillow, zumper, apartments.com, or other websites.

Most FSBO properties sell for less than what they would be paying in commissions anyways. 90% of buyers are working with agents and never think to look on FSBO websites.

Websites like Zillow, Redfin, or Realtor.com can provide useful data.Local Real Estate Agents.
