Anyway, we shall see, something could go south, and it could all fall apart tomorrow, but for now, I am lucky and blessed to be able to say that things are running very smoothly with the right personnel in place, and the machine we have built over the past couple years is steadily spitting our several revenue streams, and I’m very excited to not be forced to trade time for money.

They are trying to build an investing machine that can make profitable investments 24/7 year round and still be able to drop the hammer during periods of dislocation. 

Yeah - at those rents, no tenant will be purchasing their own laundry machines, and it would take up way too much space in each unit

I ended up ordering refurbished machines from American Laundry Equipment in Waltham Ma.

All the apartments have high end washer and dryer machines and feeling bad that I will have to part with them as it is not cost effective for me to ship out of state.Should I include the price of the washer dryer units in the sale price?
