There were tables in all romms with coffee, tea, water, morning donuts, afternoon snacks, so we were always fed.Happy hour was about 5:30 to 7:00 or whenever, no booze provided, but soft drinks were (cash bar) Vendors were welcome and were in the lobby and designated areas.
