and while I get the whole rental property thing that's no my personal cup of tea.. lots of other ways to make money in real estate.. top producing agents have no need for rentals usually you can do that and make great income your entire life.. 

Yes, the Dems do it too, but the Republicans are by far the big supporters of large business in this country, with the idiot tea baggers right behind them singing hymms to repeal health care, cut corporate taxes, and cut taxes for the top 3% club.

I found this today about a proposed meltdown:The Day The Dollar DiedI thought some of our resident Tea Partiers would enjoy it.

There were tables in all romms with coffee, tea, water, morning donuts, afternoon snacks, so we were always fed.Happy hour was about 5:30 to 7:00 or whenever, no booze provided, but soft drinks were (cash bar) Vendors were welcome and were in the lobby and designated areas.

You need to have real estate pumping through your blood (or at least it gets your blood pumping) or it might not be your cup of tea.

I'm not sure the luxury home type offices are my cup of tea.
