and while I get the whole rental property thing that's no my personal cup of tea.. lots of other ways to make money in real estate.. top producing agents have no need for rentals usually you can do that and make great income your entire life..

There were tables in all romms with coffee, tea, water, morning donuts, afternoon snacks, so we were always fed.Happy hour was about 5:30 to 7:00 or whenever, no booze provided, but soft drinks were (cash bar) Vendors were welcome and were in the lobby and designated areas.
