So much for "freedom of speech, BP." 

No speeches or sales.

I worked on my speech before I got to the meeting and had lot of notes.

With that said, I developed a floorplan on a slab with an attic truss that we can deliver and make $50k on at $110 per square foot. 4 bed, 3 bath, 2 car garage, 2600 sq ft.

I suggested he buys some tax deductible speech recognition software, and as he makes his notes thru the course of the day, he later dictates them into a gigantic word document, when he gets home and at the end of the year he sends it to me along with his tax information that he e-mails up.

Obviously, there were plenty of other opportunities to share this info with investors as I believe the framing, trusses, plumbing, electrical etc have probably been in the home for quite a while but there was no notice that pricing might increase.
