The wiemark republic, danish tulip collapse, soviet collapse, E. german collapse, Zimbabwae, on and on and on, never has housing prices had a creation to any of these things your saying. 

Republic is the only system that has given elevation to "the people". 

They also buy property in the Dominican Republic and there are a lot of headaches there.
