I have completed a successful fix and flip and multiple remodels.

We came up with a loan for 6-8 months while I remodel a house I have.

I also work in home remodeling/building and can put you in touch with the right contractors dependent on the area.Are you using somebody you have a relationship with or are you looking for a hard money lender to fund the deal? 

@Jonathan Bock Oh, I know, and believe me, I've spent over $200,000 in remodels, maintenance, mold remediation, flood remediation etc.. since 2004 and I only own 3 homes!!

My problem is that the Florida home I just purchased will likely cost $35k-$50k more to remodel than I had expected.

Yeah, a buddy of mine out in TX bought a 32 unit and had one meter. he did a full remodel and put them all own separate units. 

If he /,she understands remodeling and good deals he/ she will send them your way.These are the starters.Good luck Dave

Part of the issue is down the line unless your super realistic about saving for Cap ex you cash flow home that never really went up is going to be negative by the time you have to remodel it..  

I sign up for this all in 2019 for this is the first time I’ve logged in.I bought a place in 2018, remodeled and sold in 2022 and chased my dream of 20 years of moving to Jackson Wy however investing here in not an option since I’m not a billionaire sooooo I am planning my next moves and looking to invest.I have roughly $30K (potentially $50K) to invest in a flex and flip as I’m not sure I could do the landlord thing.I have been looking in places I would like to actually live which is eastern Oregon, North central/East Tennessee, Rapid City or Naples-Clearwater Florida areas.I have even considered building (having a builder build it) new or spec home so if anyone knows of any reputable builders?
