I once had a house appraised below value because sq ft on drawing conflicted with a closet/water heater being considered livable space.

We have had multiple instances of people breaking into the owner's closets and stealing supplies, towels, etc from in them as well. 

Most of my places have a utility closet with a 3 foot pre-lit artificial tree. 

The work was done extremely slow and now that we have been back to see it the hvac closet it full of trash and debris from their work and the unit is still not performing as it did for the 6 years before we rented it out.

Each unit can easily be turned from a 2 bedroom, 3 bath to a 3 bedroom 3 bath simply by adding a door and a closet to the basement.

The expansive top-floor master features a spa bath & large closets.

-I want to add a closet below a staircase-Take down and add a new trim in dining room I have a list of about 8 items, and want to get an idea of how much these items will be so I can decide if it stays or not.

Two bedrooms would be more effective,  just a divider wall and an extra closet and window.It is 375-450 square feet ?
