I have often used My Smart Move by Transunion and also used the services provided through my Buildium account, but I need more options since these services require the tenant to receive an email with a link to the screening request.I know I could always require them to go to a public library and create an e-mail account and access it there, but that isn't so easy for some people.

If there were 35 specific podcasts assigned to any particular topic, that would be far less overwhelming than opening a library of 178.
