@Marie Kyle -you used the word “alis” twice where I think you meant to write “alias” …You can ask support or a moderator to fix that if it is a typo.

We will then put just enough money into the property " light to moderate rehab" carpet, paint, minor updates in kitchen and bath, cleaning, professional photos, staging, and re-listing property of the OFF market property onto the MLS. 1) What is the best way to get funding for the entire property and closing cost including fees, and money for rehab? 

Odds are good if they ended up in a recovery program because a drug or alcohol problem was serious.

At this point, I would like to focus on single family properties that need some mild to moderate repairs.

They got the frat in trouble for alcohol violations and got it shut down, eventually, and then threw the rules on so people would stop renting out 4-bdrm SFHs to kids who would kill all the landscaping and make the houses look abandoned. 

However, the moratorium is about to end Oct. 1st, and if you househack you might be able to evict at least one tenant for your own living space.I hope this helps [Solicitation Removed by Moderators]
