Psirri is lovely for shops, restaurants and cafes but I would not personally view it as a good option for renting thourghout the year.

I chose lapeer because it is centrally located between my 3 young adult children.The town seems to be growing in some ways because they are constantly adding new restaurants and retail stores.

They run a restaurant and claimed to me that their yearly income is half million (including the couple they have 4 employees in total, all live in my house).

Maybe at a restaurant where everyone can sit at one table (less than 8).

One is have my own restaurant and the other is become a successful Real Estate businessman.

At this stage you have a transit hub with parking, commercial, maybe a few nice restaurants and bars, and the residential side become very attractive.I have see this happen in the UK as separate distinct phases that were unrelated.

These are informal meetings where we all gather up at a restaurant, network and have a drink or two.

Brew your own coffee, brown bag your lunch, don't go into a restaurant unless it's your second job.  

It meets once or twice a month at a local restaurant.

The primary house is in an excellent location walking distance to shopping, restaurants and metro, so I know that a long term hold may be worth it.
