I haven't looked at that part of this particular executive order (he is writing executive orders every single day for the last several days - no joke), but in his press conference last week he specifically mentioned "out of work" as the financial hardship, so I think it is intended to benefit W2 owner occupants. 

I mean obviously other things are a factor but their leadership might be the “bet”

Not enough, and very late, absolutely poor leadership (last month) and currently.  

This is my first BP conference and looking to get the most out of it.

i.e. conferences, podcasts.

You are buying a bed and events venue that will sink or swim based on your ability to self develop local marketing for : weddings, corporate dept getaways, mastermind meetings, anniversaries, birthday parties, religious getaways, sports recruiting events, sales conferences, corporate team building, family reunions, off site tailgate parties,etc.

You can utilize meetups and conferences as well.  

Figure out the process through books, podcasts, conferences, etc.
