I bought my current home in Trenton, MI in Nov. 2018, I have made a few updates to the house but, there are still some improvements to be made (ie; update kitchen, update bathroom, add a half/full bath in basement).

I am an aspiring investor and a new user of the BP calculators, normally I would prefer to build my own spreadsheets, but here I am trying to innovate myself and become more efficient in the analysis process. 

Now - if you're working for a truly innovative company such as Tesla, obviously you're going to want to collaborate in person a bit more and will value living near your workplace more than others.

  (1 of my clients had this claim in Nov 2019).2)  Bodily Injury claims (contractor or contractors employee) gets hurt and doesn't have work comp. 

And, it's going to be the kind of innovative thinking you're doing to propel our businesses into the "new normal." 

The "new normal" emerging will require that we become more innovative in how we reach and interact with others.  

Even with the anticipated challenges coming in the Retail and Commercial segments, real estate investors will do what they do best: renovate, reinvent, and innovate new purpose for those properties.
