Personally I don't think this lends itself well to the fund model. 

They fund their government thru Tariffs.  

Almost everyone says you should invest in your work’s 401k, or open your own Roth or Ira.

While the plaintiffs attorney determined I of course had no liability, they found out I was raising capital for an investment fund from the plaintiff investor.  

Cruz seems to focus more on seller financing which seems to be limited as a lot of sellers don’t offer this.  90 day rental road map focuses on private funding with exclusive lenders for their students that will fund 100 percent of the deals.  

There is no chance home owner can mediate, apply for loan modification (which is a predatory disaster in itself) , reinstate or retain the home two days before auction, when they have zero funds and ability to do it.

Are you finding the funding process smooth, or do you run into challenges?

When I run the numbers on properties in San Diego, they do not cashflow positive, even if I had the funds to invest.
