Yes --if Investor is ready go for it --take $10K or $7.5k your fee-and dont be too greedy with commissions--build relationship with Investor s--for repeat business.Is this a REO or from home owner ?

Axaflaxar,I think Warren Buffet says it best, "When people are greedy be fearful!

That is an example of NOT being GREEDY.

Best not go get greedy and burn bridges with good buyers.

We are providing conservative numbers not trying to be greedy.

Similar to stocks, there are investors (long term hold / passive) and dealers (day traders).

I'm also an ex-stockbroker and trader.

Once I meet the seller, the buyer, and other parties involved, it is hard for me to just be greedy and not care if I disrupt someone's life. 

If someone is too greedy and stupid, they belong in jail or destroyed in business, but.... it's not all about them, it's also about the 3,12, 25 or 100 people in the public that that screw up, cheat, hurt or ruin doing unethical or illegal things they learn here or from some low life guru.It's just out of frustration.

I have seen multiple sellers (none of my clients because i dont work with wholesalers) think they are moving in a week and pack up their belongings and rent trucks and even setup their children in new schools only to find a wholesaler couldnt get his greedy 20k fee and now the sellers are screwed.
