Here in Sacramento you just walk in the planning department, take a number and ask someone. 

I might take the day off work just to sit in the Department of State office when the ad ran without a Brokerage listed, phone number to the licensed brokerage listed.

@Nicole Heasley  If you're looking for a lender for a 6 unit complex, I would bypass this guy and just reach to smaller local banks in your area, and look for the commercial lending department. 

etc etc.. in the land development game you wont know what your going to end up with months to a year or more later and you will never quantify your costs etc until you have all approvals and your conditionals of approval from the planning department.. 

Department of Justice (DOJ), covers places of public accommodation.

Also, some departments have to be reached out to individually for fee information.

we did not pay anything.. keep in mind West coast and East coast title companies are so completely different.. we have a customer service department that is all digitized.. info is at their computer monitor and in their data base..
