Hi BP,Yes the news these days is tough to keep up with and comprehend with all the various legislative orders and changes going on - I'm not trying to start any political discussions here, so I ask everyone to weigh in respectfully.That said, I'm wondering if any BP members and those that invest in real estate in Texas are keeping a close eye on potential impacts this "wall" may have on the local real estate industry there.

Look up creditboards.com they have a TON of info about it for free (They are to credit what biggerpockets is to real estate investment)  I have no affiliation to them other than I have read a TON there in the past.Don't pay anyone to build your business credit.  

During that time, I created an acquisitions subsidiary which was responsible for all acquisition lead sourcing, underwriting, and negotiations and closed roughly $20mil in urban real estate, an affiliate title company which facilitated all acquisition, loan, and listing settlements, and customized a cloud-based system which eliminated spreadsheets and tracked the entire process of acquiring/developing/selling real estate. 

I'm in no way affiliated with them, but I've been to their meetups a few times.

I want to have a network of affiliate wholesalers, investors and landlords in the business to help me grow my portfolio.  

.)- If you will be using a local realtor, property manager, or CPA see who they recommend- If you are doing any renovation or new home construction check for a local Building Contractors Association and see if there are any agents affiliated.

@Malcolm Lawson I think the more interesting one, though it doesnt come up very often is that in certain MD counties, and DC political affiliation is a protected class.  

And educating them (FAQ answers) even before they ask for more info, an offer, or to be pre-qualified as a potential 'buyer' by our mortgage lender / credit specialist affiliate(s).Where my 'business model' will differ, is A.)
