yup I believe loans in excess of your basis the interest is not deductable.. and from what is posted sounds like that would for sure be the situation  .. so maybe if he chooses to take the loans he needs to only borrow his basis.. on each property.

Keep in mind, the inevitable replacement of the inexpensive option + the plumber's labor will be 3x the cost of the better option so I choose to spend the additional $100 on day one.

My understanding is that I do not need to use the Buyer's title company and can choose my own to prepare my seller papers.

Plus you can still communicate with them and choose who you want.  

We have to generate so much value that people choose to watch, re-watch, and keep watching (or listening to) content we put out, using our site, etc.
