Im currently in china for the next two weeks (Until June 19th) completing my foreign exchange semester abroad and I've been learning as much as I can online as well as trying to connect with as many other investors in the area or around the country (potentially virtually wholesaling property to them).

@Michael Gayer Jr, as I understand it, you'd either be dealing with the Freeholder directly (but not being offered the Freehold), or maybe the Freeholder has already leased it out (Much like China leased out Hong Kong to England for 99 years), and the Leaseholder is effectively doing a "wrap-around" Lease to whoever they can talk into paying more than they did for the privilege.
