Look for a broker that can provide you: - other senior agents in the office to mentor you- other agents in office that will let you join their open houses (this was crucial for me to build my buyers list)- a support system and staff of office admin that can answer your random questions/calls/emails etc. about paperwork - a solid training methodology to teach you the ins & outs of your MLS system. - investment in the agents in the form of spending $$ for marketing, CRM systems, etc,
