Invest: you can have a self-directed IRA (or better yet a truly self-directed Solo 401k plan) and invest your retirement dollars into virtually anything you wish, tax deferred.

I wish I could point to an all in one system that could help, but they don't exist as far as I know.

Two of my best buddies did this right out of college as well (in Milwaukee, not in Boston), while I waited a couple years before doing it, and I can tell you, I wish I did it sooner.

@Wendy JiangBe honest and say no as mold testing is typically only done when there are visual signs of mold and has never been any signs or complaints.There are many factors outside of mold that can contribute to breathing problems.I would offer that if you wish I can order a hygienist to come to teat for toxic mold - but if it’s found to be negative the costs for the testing would be at your expense.
