I was wondering I other investors would switch to natural gas immediately or would they hang on to oil for another winter?

My realtor has some contractors but I know it's a very busy time before winter.

Hi.I purchased foreclosure properly at court house steps. paid full and its in the process of getting distribution and deed. the property is winterized by bank1) How soon can i get turn the water on?

Decent returns, but it seems things are slowing down a bit for the winter. 

With peaks usually in the summer and flattening/dips in the fall/winter.

We converted 2 of our houses to STR's when tenants broke their leases during the winter. 

We are planning on doing a major remodel this winter during the off-season as the house looks and shows fairly ok but it is not something I would want to spend more than a week in as it needs a remodel badly.

I agree with @Marc Winter and @Thomas S..

There's a good draw to that area both summer and winter so it's another idea to think about.
