@Jill Hutson nationwide, days on market for rentals (DOM) are pushing an average of 50 days.ZIllow is the #1 site to advertise rentals, but there are many more.We publish to 30.FYI - there website is not doing anything.Question: how much are you paying them for a Placement Fee?

Once you highlight a couple of locations, pay attention to active inventory in the areas by going to listing sites and checking out properties for sale.

I get it if the companies kind of abandon you and move on to other deals like we are seeing with some of the other Gps on this site..

Vacant lots can go for as little as $5000 - $7500 and are usually between other houses so you at least know utilities should be on or near your site. 

It’s listed for sale on all the home sites(Trulia, har, Zillow etc) If anyone has time to go take a look at it and based off what you see in the pictures and give me thoughts and what they think something like that could be built for.

I’ve never rented one site unseen.

I assume you could take a similar approach with Redfin, Realtor etc etc.There are STR sites like Rabbu that present deals regularly but not sure if these are sold furnished. 

I find the rental application tailoring or modifying to be a lil cumbersome on the site even worse on the app.
