many people only pay attention to politics at election time. they listen to politicians speeches at face value then vote. this leaves them vulnerable to believing everything they hear including lies. this is how people get voted in on promises they do not keep. telling people what they want to hear at that time. telling different people different things. that is why I refer to people as uneducated because they are oblivious to all the issues particularly the ones not right in front of them in the media.
