It is a visually stunning space with great light and old school character. 

As far as the lenders, I would think it is the same issue, a local dynamic for sure.

We also try to go twice a year to view our current properties and visually see what areas appear to be stabilizing and which need more help than we are willing to give.

@Joel Harrison that is an open ended scenario for sure...There are a lot of variables that can answer that question and they can be vastly different pending location and other dynamics (as indicated above).
