There is probably one for the Triangle.

I have some questions for those who are wholesaling in the Triangle area of North Carolina...Are any wholesalers in these areas having any luck finding properties?

The 4-plex is a historic building in Cherokee Triangle and the previous owner didn't maintain it at all so it needs alot of work.

I started my career selling ranch land and land to weed growers in the Emerald triangle in the late 70s  alternate energy abounded then I fully understand how you can live off the grid..

Durham is part of the Triangle area (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill), which is a very hot market right now. 

I get the general vibe that those types of restrictive covenants are pretty uncommon in our area.A point I keep mentioning because I think everyone should keep this in mind, our prices have jumped considerably in the Triangle and surrounding areas yet rents have not really moved.

For me specifically, roughly 30-40% of my guests are "locals" staying 1 week to one month for various reasons (moving to Triangle and testing out neighborhoods, renovation a home, buying / selling house and need a temporary place, in-laws in town, etc...).

Relative to other cities in the Triangle, Durham has long been undervalued and is starting to catch up.

So far I have been focusing on the Memphis/Dyersburg/Jackson triangle.
